• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code

Picsly reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

You are responsible for all content (video, audio, images, text) that you share on Picsly.

By posting content, you grant Picsly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Display

• Modify (for moderation, formatting, or feature display)

This license allows Picsly to operate the platform.

You retain ownership of your content.

 5. VIRTUAL GIFTS, COINS, AND IN-APP ITEMS

Picsly includes virtual items, including:

• Coins

• Gifts

• Votes

• VIP memberships

• Badges

• In-app game items

Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the platform

• May be adjusted or removed at any time for balance, fairness, or legal reasons

Picsly reserves the right to change prices or benefits for virtual items.

Creators may earn revenue through gifts, votes, games, events, or agency programs.

By participating, you agree that:

• Earnings are converted according to Picsly’s internal rate

• Withdrawal methods may vary by country

• Payment processing fees may apply

• Picsly may withhold or delay payments for fraud reviews

• Picsly may update the earnings policy at any time

Creators must comply with:

• Local tax laws

• Picsly Host/Agency Guidelines

• Identity verification (KYC)

Any suspicious activity may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

• Ranking competitions

By participating, you acknowledge:

• Promote suicide or self-harm

Violations may result in permanent ban and loss of earnings.

Picsly may suspend or terminate your account:

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Picsly is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings

• Content posted by other users

• Transactions made off-platform

• Damages arising from app use

• Third-party actions or failures

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Picsly in the last 30 days.
